Dark Circles Under Eyes.

They are placed over the dark circles to hide them, or draw light to the area so they circles are less visible. There are a variety of creams on the market that are also made especially to take care of dark circles under eyes. These are applied directly to the skin, and are meant to cure the underlying problem.

Use caution when applying creams to your skin. You may want to test the cream out on your arm before you begin to apply it to your face. Take a dab of cream, and rub it into the inner part of your elbow, and leave for twenty-four hours. If you see no redness, and have no sort of reaction to the cream, it should be fine to use on your face. If you have a reaction, don’t attempt to use it again. You can also try an eye mask. These are made with gel that cools when placed in the refrigerator or freezer, much like ice packs that are used to treat injuries. The eye mask is cooled and then worn over the eyes for an hour or so, and are supposed to reduce the look of dark circles under eyes.

As a continual effort, you should try to get more rest, and find ways to deal with your stress. Sometimes, this is all it takes to remove dark circles under eyes. Stress that is released will have less of an effect on all parts of your body and life if you can find a way to deal with it. Getting plenty of rest and drinking a lot of water will keep your skin and body feeling better, and may help to erase your problem.
